Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are processed within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

1.2 Processing times may vary during peak periods, seasonal demand, or promotional events. Any changes will be communicated where possible.

1.3 Orders are not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.


2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

2.1 We use third-party courier services to deliver orders.

2.2 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

2.3 We shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Events outside of our reasonable control

2.4 Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.


3. Dispatch & Risk

3.1 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order.

3.2 We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay occurring after the order has been handed to the courier.

3.3 Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Requirements

4.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete

  • Access to the delivery location is available

  • Someone is present to receive the parcel where required

4.2 We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability.

4.3 If a parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is at the customer’s risk.


5. Missed Deliveries & Non-Collection

5.1 If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the courier depot.

5.2 We are not responsible for parcels that are not collected or rearranged in a timely manner.

5.3 Where an order is returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery:

  • Additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery

  • Perishable goods may not be eligible for reshipment or refund


6. Perishable Goods & Temperature Sensitivity

6.1 Our products are perishable and may be affected by temperature during transit.

6.2 We are not responsible for:

  • Melting or changes in texture due to heat

  • Product condition where delivery is delayed or unattended

6.3 Customers are advised to select appropriate delivery options and ensure prompt receipt of their order.


7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.

7.2 Claims relating to lost or significantly delayed parcels will be investigated with the courier.

7.3 We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement or refusal of claim, based on the outcome of the investigation.


8. Incorrect Addresses

8.1 If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not liable for failed delivery

  • Additional shipping costs may be charged to resend the order

8.2 We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
